I think Satch is going to win his plagiarism case - if you've heard 'If I Could Fly', it's d*mn near identical to 'Viva La Vida' despite Coldplay claiming it's a complete coincidence  . He's claiming the complete worldwide sales receipts from the album which is pushing it, but I reckon they'll have to come to an out of court settlement.

Coldplay was touring in U.S.A in 2008 with Duffy as their fronter!! They did get mentioned as a nominee for some awards in 2008.
