Thanks to funguru for the initial heads up on this one. Basically this is the Mach5 browser which some of you may have tried out before, but with that you had a VERY limited trial period and then you had to purchase an airtime card for around 50 dollars a quarter ![]() |

although their website says uploading is supported, but it's way better (and faster) than Skyfog and the page rendering is much crisper. It'll play all types of flash in its own dedicated viewer, and it also has a viewer for images and text - saving all the text from a page is really simple (and you can always edit the text later using a text editor.

Over at Xda many people said it wouldn't connect or that it was sluggish, but for me it's been blazingly fast at all times, easily beating Opera and even Skyfog. I think this'll be a browser that you won't use every day for coming to Pro or whatever (the mobile view is rank and pointless) but will be well worth keeping in (like Skyfog) for sites that need Flash 9 to run.

LINK TO DOWNLOAD PAGE: http://is.gd/cuhAN *please note* as content is sent via a proxy there are similar privacy issues to both Skyfog and Mini so bear it in mind. Here's a gif I made of some pages, the text and image viewer (Tinchy wossname was the first image I tried to save off the Orange webpage, I'm not a fan, lol) the 4 x 4 vehicle is video playing fullscreen: http://is.gd/cuiNy

There's a drop-down settings dialogue from the top left of the screen where you can adjust rotation, default zoom width etc. Double-tap on the screen to zoom. Hold down the stylus to get a text/image save pop-up. The mouse cursor scrolls WAY too fast, so you'll probably be finger or stylus scrolling. Can be installed to Storage Card if desired. Anything else, ask.. ![]() |

I'm gonna have to rename it to something though, as Voice Command is having a nervous breakdown trying to recognize it: 'uzardP?' 'UZARD PEE?' ![]() |

BTW - it's also available for Blackberry if any of you guys are reading, I haven't made a separate BB topic as I have no way of testing it. It'll be a different download link for BB, but if anyone's interested I'll be happy to provide it.

Yeah, it's buggy, it is a beta at the moment, but I think even with bugs it's better than Skyfog (although not Opera/Netfront because of the lack of up/download facility). Anyone who's thinking of giving it a try - don't worry, they're not phone-destroying bugs, just occasional irritations in the browsing experience.

I've found a good test is to load www.sky.com in ANY browser - check if the Sky logo at the top left changes colour constantly and that the images load. Opera took 20 seconds to finish the page with no images loaded, Bolt and Mini took 15 seconds with the first blue frame of the logo displayed. After 40 seconds Skyfog hadn't loaded the logo or half the pics.

@funguru - no, I've seen the unofficial translations around and the new features look vaguely interesting, but despite it being efficient I can't stand UCWeb, just a personal thing.

Garion, you should see UCMobile, the UC Team have done a complete overhaul of UCWeb. It works a lot like Opera Mobile10 now, im using UCMobile7.2 Beta on my 5800 rite nw that i found at iPmart. Not sure if theres a WM version but WOW this browser has completely changed. Will put sum screen shots up if you like.

Thanks bro, but I'll go download it I think, might as well replace the 7.0 version I've never used. Nothing is faster than Uzard though - but NOTHING, people are raving about it at Xda, loading something heavy like the BBC website is almost on par with a PC in terms of speed, if I can make some sort of coherent video of it loading a site I'll upload it.

I've given up, it's loading in under 2 seconds (with flash) and it just looks like I've done some kinda dodgy cut job on it, you'll just have to take my word that it's BLAZINGLY fast.

Lol,il take your word for it. I was mainly answering what you said about UCWeb, just wanted to point out that they have changed it. :) , speed wise its average,so im sure Uzard will be far faster.
