well i made a LOVELY simple curry lastnite yummy, onions, tomatoes, curry powders, and some mince added with some parsley thyme and such things korriander, no veggies bec it was a savoury dishie lol and ate it in a wrap  simple and silly but tasty i say!

honestly when you make a bolonaise is you put some fish sause or anchovy in it it is absolutely yummy

right easy,roll chicken in seasoned flour (salt pepper) dip in beaten egg. then roll in crushed cornflakes...then stick em in ya oven and bake,, there yum u can also cover pineappple rings as well if you fancy
