A 'report user' next to their offending comment . And a sub menu that comes up saying 'bad language, offensive, harassment, bullying, spam, immature' etc. Not original but a d*mn good idea.

being able to post a comment with an option to not bump the thread, would be a good feature. it'd be great for those lamo threads, eg: gazza's wind-ups. we'd still be able to call him a crusty wad of jerkwater, while his thread flutters to the bottom. until picked up by a mod or fades away

a complaints forum where nothing can be deleted.. that's one for the neurotic people, should keep them preoccupied for years.
