LS Lowry is one I like because he painted so much around Salford and Manchester. He caught the mood of the old mills and the smokey industrial age.

i do like salvador dali, i have visited his birth place in spain and been to an exhibition in paris of his, only real problem i have is salvador dali and andy warhole were notouris for selling blank canvases so there is a lot of fakes going round. And to be fair there a hole lot of p00p stuff he done some briliant stuff but a lot of cr*p.

There's far far far too many exceptional artists. I had a particular love for gaudi in high school and the veiled marble sculptures done a couple projects based on them... no pretentious enough to say I have any sort of avid interest in art now. I see something good, I like it

my all time fav picture by george groaz this painting has captivated me ever since i first saw it. I find it hauntingly mesmerising. If i concentrate i can be there, i can hear the hussle and bussle, i can feel the atmosphere of the place. I can get lost in this picture for hours
