Yes our cousins down under have crazy laws now , if you are friends with a biker you will get a fine and locked up, if you wear a tshirt or a ring that advertises a biker club you will get locked up and bikers can get locked up for entering their bike club premises. |

Yeah, it is quite crazy. It's easy for the authorities to pick on bikers. Let's face it.. If this law was aimed at preventing Triads or Mafia from associating with each other etc it would probably be labelled as racist.

I think what dodgey is referring to is that if 3 members go to a pub for a drink then it's labelled as an unlawful gathering. They are just friends going for a drink..

I know someone who was threatened by a notorious biker gang that is here in the UK and all over the world. She had a pub and they wanted it. They used tracking devices on her car and did some bad things to her family. I would like to say what, because you would be shocked and find it disgusting, but don't want to get specific. She had to give them the pub and went into protection.

That's awful and there are some of them who have morphed into 'business men' in black tshirts who you really can't call motorcycle enthusiasts at all. It's sad and I bet they don't even do the Toy Run or any of the stuff that seemed to redeem them in my eyes.
