A lot of mental work. Doing something I get immersed in and enjoy. Distraction- sometimes not the healthiest of it. So choose wisely. |

Mindfullness and other cbt things help a little,sometimes... There is also a pressure point in the top part of your ears,towards the front which can also help. Other times,fkn losing it and beating the c**t out the c**t c**ting you off,works perfectly. |
