I have fkn massive cable ties at work, with 18v trigger tighteners. I put one of those over your head and pull the trigger, your neck is being squeezed as thin as i want it within three seconds.

But i don't carry it about. However, I've usually got a bottle of cider in my hand when walking the streets. It's kinda like a huge dagger, but without being smashed on the floor first.
