Kinda both, but accurately i use metric. Especially with small stuff. Imperial is more of a casual thing, especially with big stuff. The two are intertwined anyway. I mean look at car tyres - 185/55-14 tyres are 185mm wide and fit a 14in wheel.. |

You either measure something properly (using either system) or you don't. It's not like the wood knows what system it's being measured in. |

If you want your flat pack furniture less wobbly apply some wood glue In between, any furniture will be wobbly after time if you rely on screws only
