Dont you get that free when you ave a tv licence. So now they want you to pay a tv licence fee even if dont own a tv. What a catch penny and rip off when you already pay for the use of your divices through contract or pay and go for these services already.

The ability to watch pre-recorded content surprised me tbh. But it shows how desperate the BBC have become when they're protecting all their material.

I still won't buy a licence. iplayer deleted from my bookmarks, not interested. As long as my I.P address isn't used to access their site the deal is honoured.

Only if you want to watch it on iplayer, they ask for your postcode before you view any iplayer channels.

I don't have a TV and I don't watch iplayer so I don't need a TV licence
