I found the best way was to put them on the spot - rise up, ask questions. Once i got punched, so i stood up and asked him why he punched me. Couldn't answer. So i asked again. I made it sternly clear i wanted an answer, then proceeded to lay into his mental state. He went red as a poppy. Bullies are weak. Their behaviour is usually a cover up because they know they have no substance inside. They're either afraid or just doing what they've been taught to do, so when provoked into having to use their brain they don't know what to say. Whereas i can argue someone inside out. I think the last time anyone tried to bully me was when i was in my teens, though i was funny, so it rarely happened.

There's bullying to make another feel worthless and there's being blunt and straight to the point if the work is not of a high standard,too much pus*y footing around to spare some wee chunts feelings,if they are pish tell them only way to learn.

I got accused of bullying by telling people they are sh*t at their job and giving advise on how they could improve and got barred from entering that area of my depot until it was sorted. Guess what? Now I'm allowed back their and my mate is the people who accused me of it boss now so the jokes on them
