I always get my 5-a-day, usually more. Today isn't a good example because i've been at work during office hours, when we have a canteen that isn't the last word in healthy eating... But i've still managed spinach, a banana, some pineapple chunks, some blackberries, strawberries and grapes. Plus pure orange, mango and apple juices.
