My passenger seat went through my torso, shifting my heart and lungs, speared by my own ribs... but they just put them back into place and pumped me back up.. now I'm pretty normal.

Managed to get out and about early in the year by using an electric bike, and I've been able to use manual ones for a few months now.
Did a proper cross country run at the beginning of September and I don't really think about boundaries anymore.

Still hurts to sit on a hard-backed chair though.
