All commanders give orders to do civilain life, make repairs, move mountains, meduro can accept this as an alternative to a struggle.. this way you did not abandon your post and never betrayed your country.. agree? In Britain when civilians are suffering we call the army to man services that people cannot cope with without a drill type attitude.. get things sorted basically..
