Your thoughts on it? Don't you find it irritating when some people are in their 'pimp mobiles' with the radio and bass on full blast? How about a hooter being let off repeatedly? Or a party going on late into the night? What do you do? Or are you one of those who just don't care? What are your bylaws concerning noise pollution, if any? |

I have had my neighbour moaning at me for having my music on at a reasonable level before when it hasn't even been that late. People have to accept some noise if living near others. I had a few mates at mine after the army navy rugby last weekend but told her before hand that there will be some noise and she was fine.

One my neighbours is often a playing very strange music, regularly turning it up and down. Sometimes I end up putting trainers in the dryer on cold and just go out for a few hours he gets the message eventually. |

There are only two issues around here - the guy with the petrol lawnmower (only ever when i'm working nights, i swear), and some yobbo who thinks his chavvy heap of shit sounds great with no exhaust on it. Oh, one more - a neighbour slams his front door, and the doors are internal in this block. No need. Just no fkn need. Any of it. |

Pretty sure we are the noisiest house on the street. If my neighbours wanna be occasional noisy ars*holes I'm quite grateful for the distraction lol.

I just don't care. If it's music, enjoy. Only thing I hate is people screaming at each other. I will call the cops if you don't shut the fu*k up and stop. |

Noise is an anxiety trigger for me. I don't mind the neighbours music or barking dogs or even loud tvs. But I don't deal well with multiple sources of noise at the same time. Hubby dearest has a habit of watching a series on his laptop and YouTube on his phone at the same time. And the fan will be on, making its own noise. And the neighbour's parrot is yelling. And another neighbour somewhere will be revving up his car coz he's a wannabe mechanic. And all the kids nearby will be playing around and laughing. That's all too much. Thank goodness for headphones.
