So I'm watching Tenet, for the third time and I'm still confused. Firstly, the first scene at the freeport, why does the inverted protagonist try to shoot the protagonist during the confrontation between the 2? Second, when Kenneth Brananagh brings his wife to the Freeport before the heist, she looks at a man in a car wearing a mask needed for the inverted timeline, who is this man? Is it inverted brannagh? If you havent watched it yet, apologies for spoilers, also, watched it stoned or drunk |

I've not watched it or even finished reading your post. is it worth the bother to watch it ? spectacle alone doesn't do it for me. |

It's a great film, confusing, but still action packed and thought provoking

I've watched a couple of reviews that pretty much said it's a great spectacle but the story is confusing and you end up not really caring about any of the characters.

I just want to clarify, is the 'inverted protagonist' actually upside-down? I can see how that'd be confusing.

I wouldn't agree with that, it is confusing to a degree, hence my post, but it's understandable, im just not intellectually qualified

@ gt_tdi - 6.01.21 - 11:47pm I just want to clarify, is the 'inverted protagonist' actually upside-down? I can see how that'd be confusing. More backwards through time |

Definitely, its one of those Christopher nolan inception type films and it is confusing but still brilliant

Maybe put it on your watch list 2 or 3 times, the first time I watched it, I had no clue what happened, the second time, I was very, very stoned but loved it and kinda understood it

The action sequences are brilliant, from the very beginning. It has that same original soundtrack that compliments the content superbly throughout

heard there's a semi crucial section of the film where the characters dialogue is completely drowned out by the musical score.

I read youtube comments of the same but I heard the dialogue perfectly in the places they spoke of. I'm watching on a dodgy site but if you can afford to watch it from a purchased version with subtitles, it would kill that criticism

Honestly, it's pretty clear what's being said from the context, just quickly, I really didnt understand where the confusion stemmed from. Like, one of the issues occurs close to the very start of the film, during a rescue/diversion for abduction but the action practically clears it up
