The majority of the other 38 percent will be bitter old men furious that that can't control what a woman does with her womb

They should have done this for every state

The Supreme Court never made abortion illegal. The entire point of the Supreme Court's decision was to facilitate states having the option to hold votes like this. This vote couldn't have happened without Roe being rightly overturned.

The decision should be between a pregnant person and their doctor. Not rely on the whims of anyone else, whether that's the majority of people in a state or a judge or an elected politician. It's a private matter. But this is good news anyway.

Or you know, is being inclusive of people who are pregnant and don't identify as a woman. Dinosaur or troll?

So it just needs all the governors of other states to make a vote happen in each of them, then.but that wont happen, which suits the supreme court just fine

Someone can identify as a woman, doesn't mean they are a woman though. If you identify as a walrus are you then a walrus? Goo goo gajoob! |

@ miserabella - 3.08.22 - 12:47pm Or you know, is being inclusive of people who are pregnant and don't identify as a woman. Dinosaur or troll? Only women can get pregnant. Saying 'pregnant person' is as asinine as saying 'birthing person' or 'chestfeeding.' There is no reason to be inclusive with regard to defining who can get pregnant, it is exclusively only women who can get pregnant. Imagine having to spell this out. Clownworld. |

There's no need to stop using the word person if you always did, either.why would you need to specify which people you mean when it's obvious which people you mean.i mean generally.who cares?
