The Supreme Court never made abortion illegal. The entire point of the Supreme Court's decision was to facilitate states having the option to hold votes like this. This vote couldn't have happened without Roe being rightly overturned.

The decision should be between a pregnant person and their doctor. Not rely on the whims of anyone else, whether that's the majority of people in a state or a judge or an elected politician. It's a private matter. But this is good news anyway.

Saying 'pregnant person' is as asinine as saying 'birthing person' or 'chestfeeding.' There is no reason to be inclusive with regard to defining who can get pregnant, it is exclusively only women who can get pregnant. Imagine having to spell this out. Clownworld. |

There's no need to stop using the word person if you always did,either.why would you need to specify which people you mean when it's obvious which people you mean.i mean generally.who cares?
