there is a someone ever said the biggest enemy of democrasy is democrasy itself rather than dictatorialsm or totaliterism,is that true?to some certain comunity democrasy can kill freedom itself or freedom itself can kill democrasy.so how can demockasy make us more optimistic as a tool to get peace,wealth,right guaranty if decision taken by majority vote. |

It would maybe work if there was such a thing, problem is not democracy itself, but the corrupt people who have the power and influence over everyone else. So I guess it's fair to say, as long as humans are involved, hashy is right.

Its not perfect but democracy is relatively better than the rest of the governance systems. At least even if the leaders turn out bad they were not forced on the people. They chose for themselves.
