You can't really say what an atheist believes, bar the inexistence of a god. They still live in a world where there's a struggle with what most consider good, and evil. Most of us tend to feel when something is right and good, and vice versa.

How presumptious and arrogant! Your first step should be to convince the atheist of God's existence. Having done that convince him and the pagan why you believe there's only one true religion, and why its yours and not any other. Then and only then can what your religious text says (such as God-Satan duality) have any significance to them.
