So here I'm not going to criticize, I'm genuinely interested in the difference between the two and how the Sharia was written and by who? I'm sure the Qu'ran was the basis of its contents? |

Its a legal and moral code that is comprised from both Quran and hadith. There isnt any definitive form of shariah as it varies culturally. I think it was created after Muhammads death as well and was devised by the first Caliphs. Not massively sure about that though and cant check as Im not at home to check.

Sharia law, as I understand it, is a law system derived from the Quran as well as the Hadith. The Hadith is a collection of letters / writings that were written after Muhammed's death. The Quran is held by Muslims to be the perfect word of Allah, while the Hadith is understood to contain errors. The contents of the Hadith are a source of confusion and argument between Shi'ite and Sunni Muslims.

Sharia law is extremely intolerant and unforgiving, and pretty violent. A quick Google search for examples of Sharia law being executed will provide you with some shocking results.

whenever anyone asks what sharia is the same answer is always given. The law of god in the koran. What laws? Read the koran. Done that, what laws? You are just ignorant. So cure my ignorance, what are the laws specifically? .....Silence. When given real world examples of sharias brutality that is just man corrupting gods law. How is a perfect law corrupted?.....Silence.

N1ck talking about shariah? why dont you google bible punishments n1ck??? anyways Shariah is simply the law past down from God to various prophets... Islamic shariah is the Quran and certain laws derived from hadith... some countries have a judicial council and they take these laws and from a combined opinion they create a fatwa... some of these fatwas differ from nation to nation... for example in one country you might get hanged for murder in other countries prison.. etc. the Quran Sharia
