its a fair policy, best they're isolated from the general pop. By the time they're convicted, its likely the offence is grave, and are most probably a bigger threat to the lesser offenders.

A study in 2014 found that at least 4.1 percent of all people sentenced to death in the USA since the 1970s are innocent.

@ ladibud - 9.02.16 - 08:22am totally against death penalty no matter the crime. Why,though? Is there no act,using prop's vocab,deplorable enough to deserve death,or have people just become desensitised and dissociative? |

@ladibud | 9 February 16 |
no, not one of those .... because too easily can an innocent be put to death... yes, chances are slim, but they are still there, albeit how slim.... nothin will ever be a hunderd percent as humans are corruptible.

@ ladibud - 9.02.16 - 07:54pm no, not one of those .... because too easily can an innocent be put to death... yes, chances are slim, but they are still there, albeit how slim.... nothin will ever be a hunderd percent as humans are corruptible. Modern moral dilemma. Should the people that have committed absolute atrocities that ruined the loves of innocent people,and deserving of death,live,for fear that the judge would get it wrong and kill the innocent? |

@ladibud | 9 February 16 |
yes they should, coz even 1 innocent death is one too many... no dilemma at all.

Murderers,r*pists and child molesters should be put to sleep. Wether you believe in God or Evolution,they should be removed from the gene pool. And that should seem pretty obvious

And that should seem pretty obvious They should be removed from society for the rest of their lives. Not killed tho, coz it isn't abt the guilty, but abt the innocent that could be murdered. |

religion or God doesn't even factor in this at all.... there is no place for a god / God or religion in any judicial system.
