i think theres only virgin who send the puk with new simcards , im on orange and if need a puk i can either phone them or get it in the my account area.. ,perhaps if your registered with t-mobile your my-tmobile area may offer same thing

Its not a N8 puk code puk will come up on any phone you put that sim in and you can only get it by calling them
