To get OPERA working u need to define a default ACCESS POINT. Go to SETTINGSCONFIGURATIONSPERSONAL CONFG then choose ADD NEW ACCESS POINT. Enter the apn provided by ur network and dont forget to activate this account. Now u go!

That lock is for security status. If lock is open then the site is unsecure, if lock is close then site use some authority certificate!
