Product Codes: You can get these simply by searching via Google with keywords 'Nokia (insert phone model) Generic Product Code' . . . . . . i am currently compiling a list but it may take time as i can't be arsed.

1. Run NSS. 2. Plug phone into a USB port and select 'pc suite' on phone. 3. In NSS click 'scan for new devices'. 4. Click phone info. 5. Click enable product code and enter the product code you want to use. 6. Click 'write' 7. When complete unplug phone and exit NSS. |

install NSS from link on first page. Then get NSU also from link on first page.

yes it is safer than using Phoenix so i'm told. I've not tried this yet, but will do when my laptop arrives tomorrow ![]() |

@stefdag its easy-peasy app. I did the n70 in less than 10 minutes, the nss only took a few seconds to change the code. Only thing i wanted to add jscott and biggzy is that when i plugged in data cable to my n70 it just connected and it didnt bring up any options to choose mass storage, pc suite or anything else. I dont no if thats how it is with n70 as its a while since i had one.

dani thats normal on n70 as u cant change the data mode, its pc suite standard, also i didnt know u nneded pc suite instaled to use nss/nsu?

ive installed nss but when i start it up i get n eror msg saying access violation at address 00404697 in module nss exe.then it will run the program but wont detect my phone.can ne1 help pls?
