bits and pieces are stored for speed, not the actual game. Farmville or cityville for instance store bits in caches on your pc, but the games aren't installed at all. If you're worried, run ccleaner. If you don't have it, google it.

i dont trust fb. They have all your info stored in their database, download any game app and thats it.
