i've tried netscape, ie, firefox, chrome, chromium, opera, safari, and lunascape. and for me opera and chrome gave the best performance. |

i find idm better for downloads. I have chrome opera and firefox but use firefox most cus of the addons. Iv got an older version tho cus i find it more stable.

orbit for downloading and chrome for losing private information. be warned.

while chrome might be better then opera,it is not as private,sites can install applications in your bookmarks and the program may update without user approval. that is just a tip of an ice berg why not use chrome. but,user's choice. orbit is excellent for download and free,i can't imagine downloading with opera internal manager..

and chrome is not better then opera by the way,webkit engine makes it more stabile. maxthon browser uses webkit engine and the only thing that keeps me back is the double click close tab that can't be disabled. it is a beta so that may be expected. once its out,i might switch to maxthon as it is an excellent browser. try the beta.
