If you figure out your thumb drive name and size then its pretty straight forward using the media creation tool from microsoft. It does clearly guide you thru the setup.

There are detailed steps listed on Microsoft's website under documentation, from creating a bootable flash drive to installation of Windows. And if you're not a fan of reading all that po0p then you can simply use YouTube. Plenty of how to videos on windows installation!
