Which one is the best to get Asus strix, EVGA SC or Gigabyte g1 gaming? Seen that the g1 runs the coolest. Have had great stuff from gigabyte all components lasted a long time. Never had asus or evga. |

I have the Asus strix OC . Avoid budget brands as they use cheap thin layered pcb's and components but tempt you with extended warranty .

I gave my nephew my gigabyte gtx 550ti i had and its still running flawlessly after 5 plus years. Also the mobo in that pc. Hearing alot of good allover about gigabytes durability.

Just saying the G1 versions are no longer the top line cards and not as the previous generation cards that gigabyte use to make ,the quality has dropped a little . |

I could get the msi gaming also but i have heard bad reliability about msi. I have a msi mobo tho and it has served me well.

Ppl complain about the g1 having coilwhine that puts me off. My 7970 has coilwhine when going past 100fps or so. Always have to use vsync to avoid it. Hate that sound lol.

The msi gaming gets good reviews. Dont want to buy a bad card as i want another 4 years out of it lol.
