Whole pc or the cpu under 449?

I personally would go with the latest pentium g, the cheapest matching gigabyte mobo, a 80plus rating psu 600w (to have a bit headroom for future gpu-s) some normal cheap kingston ram 8gb and some cheap gpu like the rx 460 or gtx 950. All this will be upgradable piece by piece later. Woul lean towards a ssd also if possible or as the first upgrade.

Im confuse abt it ..
I mean mother board ,smps,Graphics card ,procsser,Ram.
I3 or amd.. with my budget mention it ..
Mainly for gamming and photo shop ..

Intel is of now the best choice in cpu. The new integrated graphics is fast enough to play games even if you will start putting aside for a decent graphics card.

It's a bit of an extreme budget and we don't know the indian market prices very well. At least I don't. Build a machine with integrated graphics for that price so you can at least use it and then save up for the video card for a short time later is my advice for those on an extremely tight initial budget budget.

Otherwise go find a cheap used system or AMD system
