Wouldnt go for either, for the same price of a e860 u can get a SE v600i which is way better. (In sa yes)

couldnt find the E860v price but the E800 is even cheaper and its a bad fone to say the least (sorry to all u samsung users out there) V600 R2999.00 E800 R3499.00 this is according to Vodashop SA

just to give u an idea if u want to get the fone on the Family Top-up contract which is the best in my opnion and has free wap ull need to pay an initial amount of R2324.82 and R163.50 for 24 months there after. that works out to about R6248,82 in total. (for the N-70 ofcourse) id stay away from nokia
