use opera... and check your manual bt i think your phone has a small memory like 8mb or so... i wont swear to that tho...

They're the networks who are limiting the downloads. In France, Orange and Vodafone are limiting to 3 Mo, and Bouygues is limiting to 250 ko  , but i have got a proxy for download 3 Mo with Bouygues too. And i know anyone who obtained a proxy for download more 13 Mo. She isn't know the border for the moment.

There are any border on some phones also. For example, i know people with Sony Ericsson K300 and F500 who was limited to 330 ko, they done modifications settings and now, they have get the border of network.
