Goto http://hotmail.com and then signup on the left-hand side .... You just fill in the forms and it's done ..... If you really need me to, id be happy to do it for you.. If you arent comfortable giving me real details, i can fill in fake details then you change them

btw, thats for a @hotmail.com account- i cant think offhand exactly how to get an @msn.com one (or .co.uk)

hotmail suck email try yahoo mail r gmail hotmail users cant reecieve mails from yahoo mail or other mails (my personals expeirence not sure try it)

Are you talking about how to make an IM (MSN) account or email (MSN) account? If you want an msn im account you just need to register any email addy eg example@anyname.any from msn.com's website then go to messenger (if the username is not taken).. Or if you want to get an instant msn IM account register via hotmail or msn...
