Yeah its working but only available in few states 2g network covers services like EDGE,live video stremaing etc. but edge on airtel is available in states of rajasthan (jaipur only), haryana,punjab, delhi, maharastra, and andhra. 3g networks means UMTS and HSDPA services at the minimum speed of 256kbps.

initialy it wil b available for 4 metro cities only. lateron in 2009 it would b available thru out india including B and C circles. so w8 4 2yrs.

they said if ur area hav EDGE service u r automaticaly use it with GPRS. But only on post paid card! Think if 3G too hav this issue.?

Are yar abhi may-june tak metros me launch hoga pura india includng B n C circles cover karne me 3-4 sal nikal jayenge. abhi cellular companies ne normal calls n sms network se india cover karne me lagi hi 3g ko bahot time lagega. aram kar abhi agar aguar b or c circld me hi to.
