basically 59 dollars a month/24 months without any phone calls, and no free time calls aswell, and call rates are not that great.

thats pretty steep.30 bucks getsunlimited sms,unlimited email, unlimited msn,unlimited web browsing,unlimited mms,free 3 minute calls to landlines and Telstra mobiles. imo tho it's PERFECT for people like me who are more sms/email/web browsing peeps who don't make a lot of phone calls.

the nxt part iz more detailed-Free-24/7 gives you the first three minutes of a call to any national landline or Telstra Mobile number free. You must designate this number before you call it.

To set your free 24/7 number, enter 12488 and then the number. Then hit the send-call button. You will hear a short recorded message to say that it has been set. Then, hang up and call 12488 to connect to that number.

For example, you want to call 0400111111. First you would send a call to 124880400111111. once the recording has played, hang up and dial 12488 to connect your call. The first three minutes will be free, and then it will charge at standard rates.

There is usually a 3.30 penalty to change your Free-24/7 number. This penalty does not apply to Hiptop customers.

whats the difference between the Slide and the LX?Slide just slides up? LX sort of spins up?

the LX is bigger and has a significantly bigger screen. the LX spins out and the Slide slides up too.the Slide was made by Motorola and the LX was made by Sharp,the camera is supposed to be a bit better on the LX too. they are very similar though in terms of functionally.

how many numbers can u nominate? one number at a time., i.e. if I wanna call my gf's mobile I nominate her phone and call her 3 minutes free. then after that I wanna call my Mum so I nominate my Mum's home phone and call her for 3 minutes free.

On the normal Telstra plans with the free 24/7 bonus option, there are restrictions to how many times you can change the selected number as well as the 3 dollars fee to change the number.On the hiptop plan however, both the fee and change restrictions have been removed.

The software in hiptop devices has a hidden game in it, in case you didn't already know.

To access the game:Menu Settings About hiptop slide.

During this the credits will scroll down along with some cool music.Menu an Shift an 8.Alternatively, you can scroll down the credits to near the bottom where the Chinese names start appearing, press menu and select Winter Wonderland.
