It has been over a year since I had a violent breakup where I lost virtually everything including my home, job, son and fiance. I need to move on but the hurt, pain and torment in my heart is completely unbarable. I wish I had someone to talk too who could understand what I have been through and help me find a way to move on. I know this isn't the best place to look but I am desperate to break free from this pain. |

oh, and a lot of cons who will promise to meet u and once u have sent them money, u never hear from them again. one other thing, u mentioned u feeling depressed. whatever u do, dont let some quack put u on some mind altering drug, like prozac. get out there, socialise, spend time with friends etc.

take 1 day at a time huni , find something intresting eg a new hobby 2 keep you busy , stop looking 4 love u will find it by accident , take 1 day at a time n live that 1 day 2 the max , put yourself 1st for a while , get strong in your mind and rest will fall into place , good luck hun xx

Thanks Batty. I have experienced all of that which you mentioned. Haha, wish I had that advice years ago. My biggest problem is I am not even making enough money to survive so can't even go out and enjoy myself. I am stuck here at home. I need new friends but most people judge me and turn away from me when they get to know me.

negative thoughts bring negative things. I dont kno u to judge u but i know depression brings negativity. Perhaps if u start being more positive around people they will enjoy ur company and dont give people youve just met ur life story, gain trust in them first. An earned friendship works so much better than a pitied one.

Thanks M. I just need someone who I can chat too who won't judge me and condemn me. No matter how hard I try to be a decent guy it is never enough. I have a step father from hell who loves to see me battle and struggle and care f all for me. He demands respect but gives absolutely none in return. Having a step father like that makes my situation FAR worse than it actually is.

i can see just from that reply there is far too much negativity surrounding u, only u can change that. Maybe ur trying too hard with people which can b off putting too. If i dwelt on past issues believe me i would have been a gonner a long time ago. Be happy
