I've noticed something between gaming people and that is a kind of feeling of superiority between owners of different systems. Just because some own a PC that has more resolution and flashier graphics it doesn't mean they're superior beings. I really don't get this, if someone had a ZX Spectrum and enjoyed playing the games I'd think cool as long as you enjoy it. But you get the so called 'fan boys' that go out to disrespect other people because of what they own. I have a ps3 and there are loads of games I haven't played and really enjoying it and not in any hurry to own a ps4 or spend hundreds on a pc. I guess people will always find something to argue and fight about. |

My first was a ZX Spectrum, then Commodore 64 etc etc but didn't feel there was much of a push in technology from the old XBox until I saw Last of us and GTA V so I'm new to this generation of gaming. I'm amazed at how different it is with the A.I and how more like films they've become. To me there really isn't much of a jump between the PC, ps3 ps4 XBox One or XBox 360 just graphical differences and the gameplay still looks the same.. |

Nothing really, just didn't understand why people have prejudice against what type of hardware people own. I just think it's silly that's all but each to their own I guess. Someone did a post asking for Xbox360 friends and someone else left a nasty comment that was deleted.....I just didn't understand why |

Most ppl like me just does it to get some life in this forum never being serious about it. How can someone take this seriously  Ppl brag about playing videogames is funny enough and added some platform superiority trolling material into it is just fun for the most of the time. Being serious in real life i would not be going up to another person bragging what a beast of a gaming rig i have showing everyone what a geek i am wasting time playing childish games all day

I like the people who buy a PS3 just to buy (from the online sony network store)and play some playstation 1 game which was out like 15 years ago. OR people who spend a few hundred euros (or dollars) on their PCS to buy the best hardware, HD 47 inches screens, mouses, professional keyboards and etc and play SIMS or AGE of EMPIRES 2. Truth is with the PC you can play other consoles games with the right emulators and-or programms (Steam f.e.) And the truth behind the truth is that Im one of these :P but anyway ive seen 40yo and 50yo people playing all day MMOs . No life no nothing :P Sounds fun :s

I still play Nintendo sometimes on my phone with a controller and connected to my tv and the sega dreamcast emulator. Guess I'm just reminiscing the old days. I have noticed that the cut scenes are the same as game play now, there was a time I'd sit watching a cut scene thinking wow then the game would start and the graphics would be awful sometimes. It adds to the atmosphere. I'll get a ps4 one day when the developers have unlocked all it's potential, for now I have the Uncharted trilogy, Bioshock trilogy and Dark Souls to play so I'm happy with what I got |
