You have a point there. The E90 is a good call because is something between a pda (ex tytn 2) and a smart phone (ex n95 8gig). Software support is very very important with such devices. Nokia played very clever by bringing out a os different from microsoft and making a success of it.

The s60 is just as popular as wm5/6 (you get just as much software without the problems) and shortly it will have a touch screen too. Nokia cleverly did not give the s60 a touch screen early on so that microsoft did not bother to 'copy and conquer' it with similar software. Now the s60 is strong enough to face wm :)

ok the the ms smart phone is a pda without touch screen and dedicated keypad or qwerty keypad. old is touch screen and can have a slide out or flip qwerty keyboard. with wm6 ppc runs on wm6 professional while windows smartphones run on wm6 standard. the general standard of a ppc is that its touch screen, ppc's are normally more powerful also

pipe that was supposed to say a smartphone is has a dedicated keypad or qwerty keypad, not without. as for the question agaur asked, yes some pocket odd have most or all of the functions and file compatibilities you described. the turn II is one such device
