So the Lumia 900 was recently released in the US. And people have come across a glitch that makes their phones unable to make a Data connection. Nokia has come out and given each Lumia 900 owner 100 dollars. Future buyers will also receive this incentive untill the problem is fixed. The Lumia 900 retails for 99 dollars. (Faints) |

I thought they already fixed that issue? The 100USD payout per customer is apparently killing Nokia financialy...anyway, the less said about Nokia by me around here the better, lol.

Pw was a bit late lol but hes right nokia has lost the plot all of it for now..those lumias arent goin to get windows 8 mostly due to hardware specs, reality now that the sg3 is announced theres gonna be a huge drop in lumias..by the way windows 8 is goin to support multicores, so..

That retail price of 99 is when u sign a 2 years contract. So no, Nokia ain't taking that much hit by returning 100 dollars to the customers.

nokia lost the plot ages ago they havnt made anything decent since the N95 and N958gb. iam sorry but thats the way I See it. the single core cpu in the N8 is dog slow and the symbian interface nothing less than appauling.

microsoft were considering buying nokia but recently they have done a complete survey on all sectors of nokias business. the result has told them that nokia have nothing worth buying into. its all a bit sad in a way, the king has lost its crown. (once king) the N900 was good but it ran an obscure operating system with an uncertain future.

i wonder why doesnt microsoft give up trying, idly sit, and wait itself fade into obscurity. microsoft is irrelevant in 21st century. sitting on a large pile of cash isnt a guarantee one will survive. who wud think in 2004-06 to dethrone nokia? but now we can savely write it off, as well as its sponsor microsoft. rest in peace.
