Yesterday i went to a friends bbq and we all had to bring a plate of food.. I told my friend that i'd make dessert and bring a pavalova.. I was up bright and early making the pav.. Whisking the egg whites n adding the sugar n so forth.. Anyway after i took it out of the oven it had colapsed n looked like cr@p! I panic'd n thought what hell am i going to bring now.. So i went to a local cake shop n brought a pavalova.. The problem is everyone at the bbq assumed i had made the pav as my friend was telling everyone i had made it.. I kept quite and went with the flow.. Wot things have u taken credit for which u know is or was a lie?  |

My mum used to do this, almost every Chrissy without fail, with the pavs. Every fkr knew, but were just too polite to say anything. |
