Fresh farm meat, a variety of sauces and spice rubs and a combination of red wine and beer. That's how you season meat.

@ moplady - 6.11.15 - 01:22pm how do you season your xmas turkey or any roast joint of meat? Do you season your meat a day before you cook it so that the flavers can penetrate in your joint? I will rub down a turkey with vegetable oil and lemon pepper the night before hickory smoking that turkey. |
