Are small shops allowed to buy and resell 'ownbrand' food from one of the uk supermarkets? I purchased a few items and before using them I've noticed an Asda logo hidden beneith their own price tags. I've been on Asda's site to compare the prices and found the fkrs have upscaled the prices by between 10 to 65 pence! Does anyone know if this allowed? I'm guessing it's not and I'm tempted to contact Trading Standards to grass them up, or discreetly visit again and open lots of their tamper evident sealed products they have for sale. |

It's called Parallel trading, and yes it's both allowed and protected in EU. |
