An owner had the shock of her life after she left her snow-white dogs alone for a few minutes, and returned to find them completely unrecognisable. Lora Larkin, 30, from Tampa, USA, left Felix, 2, and 7-month-old Finley alone for two minutes and came back to find them covered in mud. Lora, who has had the dogs since their birth in February 2018 and November 2019, said: I was in the shower for no more than ten minutes when the pups decided to go outside through their dog door, which I didn't realise was unlocked. They must have heard the garden sprinklers come on. We had recently prepared a section of our yard for new grass, so it was bare. They ran through the sprinklers and rolled on the ground until they had both become a muddy mess. The cheeky dogs must have heard the sprinklers come on, Lora said, and took advantage of the fact their owner wasn't looking to get up to some mischief. |

Seems dogs prefer playing around in the mud than looking all immaculate. Who knew.

My ex-gf's dog once ate a whole 5kilo catering size tub of margarine after being left alone in the kitchen for half an hour. It shat itself continually for about 3days afterwards but it was fine eventually. Big daft German Shepherd it was.
