I bet you think you need super heavy weights to get big too. Thing is with lifting theres so many ways to do it. Light weights, heavy, Everyone swears by the way they do it

Thing is, as long as you tire the muscles and go to fail then it doesn't really matter how you do it

I go with high volume reps starting at warm up weights and then increasing the weights incrementally set by set.
