They have been pushing for it yes. The all apple drama was about it. Forced to add usb c on iphones. It is a good thing do no more different types of cables. I can use the usb type c cables with my ps5, pc, phones, earpuds etc. I think more usb sticks will go to usb c also. Many already have both a and c. This way ppl can transfer files onto tablets, phones and pcs easily. And no more plugging in the wrong way ofcourse

USB-C is nice and fast especially on thunderbolt 4 . But the connection is no where near as robust as Apple lightning socket ,miles better than usb mini but dont think it will last long its just simply not durable enough .

Not had any problems with C yet. The micro usb are notoriously sheoite for failing.

The time you save not trying to plug in the cable the wrong way is also a big bonus.

The only problem I find with USBC is the plug falls out and I'm late for work with a dead phone. Other than that sure, fkn marvellous. |

Loose holes are no fun man. Time for a tighter fitting new one

Everybody needs a tight hole

It's always better if it's tight. Some of the local slags need re-bushing.
