micro sim just had less plastic that's all. the chip is the same size hence why you can cut down a normal sim to micro size

The great thing I've found about having a 5.5 inch screen is quite apart from the wicked browsing and gaming experience, it's like using a proper home phone for calls: the earpiece is by your ear and the mouthpiece is by your mouth which is kinda... useful.

but in all honest anything ubove 5 inches is a phablet, 6 inches on is a tablet.

@ banbury - 18.01.13 - 02:05am the one x screen is much brighter and the reception is better too, again on the same network. colours on the S3 are over saturated and unatural. I think the S3 is overated, although I know a lot of members will disagree with me on that point. but consider this, ive got both those phones ive just mentioned, the one x and the S3 so iam able to make a comparison! iam able to get a 3g signal on the htc where I cant on the S3, same location, same network. Why you got both? That's greedy and pointless. |

@banbury | 24 January 13 | |
why have I got both? for a variety of reasons!1)I keep the one x on ics in order to preserve official adobe flash support which my LTE S3 does not officially support running jellybean. even though there are easy, unofficial workarounds for flash on jellybean. 2)not all apps run on jellybean either.3)plus I have the option to switch to gsm only on the one x which means the battery lasts longer when iam just calling and texting, you dont need 3g modes for that. the LTE S3 (i9305) does does not have that option. 4)the S3 is 4G compatible. so you see I have a good purpose for both.

PLUS: the S3 has expandable memory which the one x lacks. both phones have their pros and cons because there is no such thing as a perfect product. by having both I find I have the best of both worlds. plus if I get bored with android Ive allways got my nokia lumia windows phone. or if I fancy using an outdated operating system I can also have a stab at symbian bella on my trusty old NOKIA N8.

iam a geek with all tech infact lol. but this is nothing, at one time I Had 4 contracts running and used to Upgrade on all four of them every year meaning I Had 4 state of the art phones every year lol. in those days you could get a top of the range phone for 15 quid a month, not pay a lot for the phone and still be able to upgrade every year
