@ polo_011 - 30.08.16 - 05:36am THIS could possibly guarantee Nougat for the Note 4! But remember, the S6 Edge Plus was basically the Note replacement there. Hmmm.... Time will tell I guess. Yes the S6 edge plus was our replacement yes |

How is that ROM so far? My S4 is in the drawer, someone I borrowed it to broke the sim slot. |

it's a pre alpha so there's quite a lot needs work still. external memory isn't detected in exfat which was a shock thinking my brand new card had died. features wise notifications are now awesome and functional on the spot, I like that. I haven't tried enough new stuff yet. |

I just installed this ROM like 5mins ago and I'm loving it so far. The phone has never been so fast, it's all so smooth. Really great work from the devs involved.

Really great work from the devs involved. go into stweaks and switch CPU max to 1242 mhz for all four cores and see the difference it makes for battery. also consider changing hotplug sampling rate down to 40ms under hotplug tab and zram to offline under memory tab... |

@ 3mel - 15.09.16 - 07:15am go into stweaks and switch CPU max to 1242 mhz for all four cores and see the difference it makes for battery. also consider changing hotplug sampling rate down to 40ms under hotplug tab and zram to offline under memory tab... Thanks, that's what bugged me a little bit about it, the battery seemed to drain a lot. Did you notice a lot of improvement with those settings? |

@3mel | 15 September 16 | |
yes, but I also do greenify (donation package for system apps) and forcedoze. actually the latter 2 suggestions (hotplug sampling rate and zram) are performance ones and not battery saving. alucard kernel has many many ways to save power from CPU governors to tweaks neither of us could understand. I'll check with the author of a tweaks page whether their profiles are good still on this rom and share a link if it's all good. |
