One day I was driving and all was fine. The car was standing for one day and now it won't start. The starter do not make a sound. When I turn the key I only get a click sound. Advice please |

first check if you can push start it if you can tap the starter with a hammer a few times it gets stuck had the same problem on a 1800GSI i had many moons ago. get the starter serviced asap should cure it if it is the starter

prob a starter relay, cheap thing to replace, get someone to turn the ignition and u hear if a ''click'' comes from it..... if it doesn't click,replace :) (diagram on fuse+relay box will tell u which one is for starter)

Its something to do with the starter solenoid. I pressed the button on it and then it started again but I am going to replace it anyway
