This forum is about blackberry, and I was just wondering about its members, what kind of blackberry do u currently use?...I know all blackberry phones do more or less the same thing, but if u had the money, what model would u buy? I currently have a 9810 and 9790.... |

I'm happy with my phones, and would consider Os 10, but only if and when they remove the restrictions on it....(I heard rumours about blackberry removing all restrictions on Os 10, but so far nothing happened, so I'm getting a bit doubtful if they would do it in the end)...

i have a 9810 and the old 8520 bb, i find it weird that i prefer to use the 8520 most would say its cr*p, had alot of break downs with it, but i grew to love it. but i think its time for a upgrade not sure what bb to get, but must have unlimited internet, so no os 10 for me.

9810. workhorse of a phone. love it. at first I thought it would be heavy and chunky but I'm used to it now. Not a single breakdown ever or repair. only these plastic cases that keep breaking. no BB10 for me. milking this BIS data cow dry then moving on.

I do most of my downloads on my 9810.....its got a faster modem than my 9790.......7.2 mb/s modem vs 14.4 mb/s.....yes, the modem speed of the handset does matter, even when using bis.......

Roughly for R2000, depending on the condition......if it is in almost new condition, it can go up to R3000.....It keeps its value due to unlimited bis...plus the phone is superfast...Os 10 where bis got restrictions and limits,is keeping the prices up on the older unrestricted phones......

The demand for non-Os 10 phones is rising daily, but since most models are already discontinued, it will soon be a struggle to get one in good condition....Unless u want to go for the new curve series, but that is a load of bull**** phones....

i agree those new curves, are rubbish, a friend of mine has one giving him endless headaches, and its only 3 months old, also feels kinda cheap.

9360 and my playbook. I download the whole freakin day if my job doesnt interfere. Im happy with both of them, the phone was affordable at the moment my 9300 flew against a wall for unknown reasons. Lol

The 9300 is a little beast, the only problem with it is lack of memory for opening large webpages......I had one a few years back, and still like it for its quality build......

currently have a Bold 9900 only thing letting it down is battery life otherwise stunning phone previously had a Storm 2 it had a bad rap but mine worked great

I have a 9800.....secondhand,plus on the inside it says refurbish,but never had a problem with it,battery life is exellent but wouldnt mind a 9810 thou and btw thank you guys for the great links specially the dude Ungers,its much appreciated.
