Hey my people.. Soo I want to add another 30bux to get data again do I just cancel my bis then reactivate it? Or do I call customer care? |

I wudnt recommend doing that now, 8ta is having major problems activating bis at the moment

I had money for bis to be deducted, I got sms saying my bis has been suspended due to there not been enough money. I still have R66 airtime, and my bis is still working. Lol

Although the forum died, I will always be a bb fan.....even if they remove free downloads, I won't go for another brand of phone....anyway, cancel bis, wait for confirmation, then choose add blackberry, instead of reactivate blackberry......go to host routing table, click register.....remove the battery, and bis should be active again after re-inserting the battery.....repeat a few times if needed......

For those that might not know, dial star, one, eight, zero, hash, to get to the blackberry menu.....should be option four......
