i tried it once but it didnt work. it was that very version if im not mistaken. Dont quite remember teh error. Think it was something to do with a key that i reckon is phone specific.

Try Nux torrent for blackberry.....currently it works......if u really want to try Bbtor the key is: yhe4y3u8 .......(Nux is much better.......)

In Nux, u might get a message that the app is draining ur blackberry resources.....just select don't monitor this......and keep your phone on the charger when downloading torrents......yes, Nux is free....if u have to go somewhere, pause the download....it will eat your battery in no time....

Unfortunately it doesn't bypass bis throttling, it means it will download at your current throttle level....at least it can do any size torrent, its better than Zbigz, cos Zbigz limits u to 1gb filesize, and download speeds are the same, due to throttling....

I meant if u can't leave the phone on the charger, make sure the download is paused by pressing stop....u can always start it later again....phew...I post a lot, u can see I'm bored today....yes, u CAN bypass bis throttle...I get 200-300 kb/s, but I won't help there...pls don't ask, took too long to crack it...google a bit...something .cod that u download on phone...

Its not called 'something .cod'...Its a small app that makes you 'invisible' to bis usage....Took me 6 months to find it....but it is a .cod file, u extract it with rock file manager, and then install on phone....this time I cannot help, it pains me not to be able to help...

On a different note....was down in the north west over the christmas season,downloaded some stuff there,and got above 500 kbps speeds??? Same phone,same sim,same BIS,but better speeds??? Now I'm wonderin.....? Is the throttling level region,area specific???

I'm not a blackberry user so it's no issue to me, but why can't you copy this file and upload it somewhere ? you could probably even rename the file extension to mp3 and upload it here in a group if you're feeling ultra lazy !

It was written by a developer, took me forever to get his trust.....u know I'm a man of my word....and for that matter that I cannot help.....yes, it downloads anything on phone, but still reverts to modem mode on pc.....

The file is on the net....it leaked, cos once I got it, I knew what to look for.....let me think about it......

yeah it's probably a tall tale to begin with from a self confessed liar...

Based partly on 3mel's reply, and not wanting to loose my ability to download complete series and torrents, I have decided to be selfish and not share...I will however upload a few pics after 5 today (sadly I gotta work) to show what other icon accompanies my bis icon....and a few showing the speed on uc...yes, it will be my phone, my pic is on the screen....just to prove it....

I will use my profile pic to eliminate any doubt.....sorry for this, it had to go one way or another......I chose the safe option.....wouldn't you?....

Hint....if u can force your phone to 'use' 4g,(LTE) bis won't be throttled.....good luck to those that succeed.....I'm posting this, cos I feel kinda bad about not helping more.....
